Principal Bjorn Paige donned a toque today at lunch.

Paige worked at a barbeque in front of the Mosaic flipping burgers for students. Paige, a vegetarian, chose to help out as a chef for the day in honor of nutrition week.

Students had the option to buy a hamburger cooked by Mr. Paige and top it with a variety of vegetables and condiments outside in the front of the Mosaic.

Paige’s involvement in cooking school lunch encouraged students to buy healthier meals from the school. Sophomore Gage Tanzman said “I thought it was super cool that I was eating food that the principal made for us. I felt very honored.”
