Homeroom Olympic Standings 2/21
February 22, 2017
The end of the dodge ball tournament placed teacher Stephanie Siers’ homeroom in first place. Teacher Angela Herrera’s homeroom made its way up to second place after a strong win at the dodge ball finals last week, leaving teacher Kevin Witt’s homeroom in third.
The next event is the Chalk Art Rules, which will take place March 7 during homeroom. The task this year is to “To recreate or interpret a famous work of art either literally or figuratively,” according to the flyer. Homerooms must sign up by March 2 to participate.
Also beginning is the Taking Care of Each Other event, in which homerooms can plan and host activities for relaxation and alleviating stress. Students must visit the Homeroom Olympics committee on Tuesdays to get their activities approved.
