After visiting Peru with his wife last year, social science teacher Kevin Witt gave his son the middle name Condor. In Incan mythology, the condor represents the upper world of the gods and the entrance to Machu Picchu has a shrine to this condor spirit. Tourists are encouraged to make a wish at the shrine, and after talking to his wife they discovered that both had wished for a baby when they visited. The next day, the two discovered that they were expecting their first child.
