Anatomy and Physiology

Anatomy and Physiology will focus on the human anatomy and how it works. This class, which will be targeted towards people who have already taken biology and have that basis, will be taught by new teacher Christina Moulton. Moulton says, it will also have a little bit of comparative biology such as comparing the lungs of spiders and humans and how each set works for each of the different species.
This class would be a lab class and would involve at least one dissection a month. This would be of no cost to the students. This class would start with an overview of the human anatomy but then get more specific going from organ system to organ system, according to Moulton.
This class is very hands on and different from biology it focuses on how everything intertwines to make humans what they are and why they can do what they do.
