The Walking Dead: Episode 501, “No Sanctuary”.
The highly anticipated season premiere of “The Walking Dead” was action-packed and full of your usual gore and violence. This episode, however, was incredibly violent in comparison to others in the series. Some viewers could have been a little bit too grossed out at certain blood-splattered scenes.
A new concept was brought about in this episode; now not only are the zombies eating people, people are eating people. The self-proclaimed “Sanctuary for all, Community for all” turns out to be what most viewers expected it to be at the end of last season. The people of Terminus, after trapping and killing some of their captured people, finally gets what’s coming to them in this explosive first episode.
Testing the viewer’s limits by showing scenes that are purely grotesque, writer Scott Gimple and director Gregg Niciterro packed this episode full of moments that will make you cringe in fear, and others that will make you cheer in joy. However, all of these moments combine together to bring “Walking Dead” fans an experience that they have been waiting for nearly seven months.

Mr. Huntley always said the best way to cook human would be to braise it!
The people Terminus seem to prefer Barbecue, though…
Oh well, their loss!
